About Gunnar

I was born and raised here in Colorado and have lived here ever since. I grew up in the small town of Elizabeth and have lived as far south as Colorado Springs and currently live up North in Fort Collins.

I went to college at Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on investment analysis, corporate finance, and real estate finance, as well as a certificate in international business. I joined C3 not too long after, working along side my business mentor and real estate partner, Matt Shoup.

I love people and business. That is why I love helping people buy and sell real estate. Whether I’m helping a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I enjoy the process and am passionate about my client’s needs. I treat each transaction as if my mom or a close friend were hiring me. Buying or selling your home is a big deal and it is that important to me that this large part of your life is handled as such.

When it comes to selling your property, you need someone with the skills and knowledge to get top dollar for your home and in a timely manner. That’s where I come in and brilliantly showcase your property and stand in your corner during negotiations.

A little more about me. I have lots of interests and really like to try new things and have new experiences. Traveling is a great way to do this so I try to visit new places each year. Whether it be a new city/state, country, or event, I am usually there for it. I have yet to be across the ocean so my next traveling goal is to do some travelling out East.

For fun I enjoy anything with my friends and family. I have a close group of friends, my parents, and one younger sister who I am in contact with frequently. We go out to dinners, concerts, and in the summer we like to get outdoors. We do a lot of boating, wakeboarding, riding dirt bikes and ATVs in the Mountains, and exploring all of Colorado. I got my IKON Base pass this year and am trying to be a true Coloradan and get up the mountain this Winter.

On my nerdy side I do a lot of reading and watching movies/tv. I love stories, and that’s where I get my love of reading and movies. History is a specific interest of mine when it comes to reading, I love learning about historical events. I have also watched every Marvel movie more times than I would like to admit.

Some non business related goals I have for myself are to get and stay fit this year, visit Europe, learn a new language, and learn an instrument.
